This waterfront villa was reorganised around the horizon. Retractable glazing turns the living floor into one generous room between garden and water, while deep reveals temper the Dubai sun. Teak, pale limestone and washed linen carry from inside to terrace. We coordinated the structural openings, services and landscape thresholds, then made every interior joinery element in-house for one consistent finish.
